Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to
enhance the technical knowledge and confidence of its go-to-market
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop enablement content to simplify complex technical concepts
for sales teams
Design and lead onboarding, certification, and continuous learning
programs
Build self-serve learning modules and resources to enhance
technical fluency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical sales enablement or a similar
role in a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company
Ability to effectively teach complex infrastructure, cloud, or
security concepts to diverse audiences
Experience with tools for building enablement content such as
Highspot or LMS platforms
Strong project management skills with a focus on action and
iteration
Bonus: Experience in identity, infrastructure access, or
open-source domains
