Job Description:
A company is looking for an OSP Field Fiber Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the usage of the fiber network and design fiber routes for
various telecom services
Lead training and provide mentorship to team members on industry
practices
Maintain accurate records in the GIS database and support customer
maintenance and repair activities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of telecom fiber network experience, preferably in
construction or fiber design
4-Year Degree in Engineering is a plus
Proficiency in GIS-based data management systems and Google
Earth
Knowledge of fiber construction practices and experience with MS
Office tools
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to function
independently
