Litigation Associate Attorney-- (2 years) - San Diego, CA!Premier Boutique firm is seeking a stellar litigation attorneys to join their San Diego location. Seeking minimum 2 years of solid litigation experience, preferably experience handling insurance defense matter, auto liability matters, slip and fall, and premises liability cases. Recent defense litigation experience is a must. • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and partners--
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports
• Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
• Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clientsExperience with transportation litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Defense Litigation
  • Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented oriented environment
  • Legal project management experience is helpfulRequirements:
    • JD from an ABA approved school
    • Must be licensed in California
    • 2 years of solid litigation experience, preferably experience handling insurance defense matter with transportation litigation, motor Vehicle Accidents, and defense Litigation
    • Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented oriented environment
    • Legal project management experience is helpful
    • Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
    • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
