Regulatory.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on and negotiate strategic transactions with fintechs and
e-commerce companies
Translate complex financial regulations into practical business
advice for compliant operations
Conduct legal research on fintech trends and oversee regulatory
monitoring
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in legal/regulatory roles in consumer
financial services or fintech
Expertise in federal laws and regulations relevant to consumer
lending
Strong understanding of banking and lending operations
Proven ability to work independently and provide practical
advice
Team-player mindset with a risk-focused and service-oriented
approach
