We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5 years of civil litigation experience who is ready to step into meaningful, sophisticated casework and contribute to a team that values precision, purpose, and principled advocacy. Compensation: $160,000 - $220,000 depending on experience Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client’s unique goals Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact Qualifications: What We’re Looking For (Qualifications) Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the California Bar Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation Strong experience with motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trials Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy Why You’ll Love Working With Us (Benefits) Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration Remote option available for California-licensed attorneys with occasional appearances for team and court purposes.
