This role focuses on creating and assembling components used in medical devices, aligning with our commitment to enhance healthcare outcomes through superior products. The Craftsperson will utilize specialized skills to work with precision and care, adhering to stringent quality standards while also prioritizing environmental sustainability in our manufacturing processes. Fabricate and assemble various components for medical devices. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and frequent testing procedures. Maintain equipment and manage supplies, minimizing waste and maximising efficiency. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continual improvement initiatives. Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe workplace environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficient in using hand tools and machinery pertinent to the craft. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy. Good hands-on dexterity and mechanical skills. Medical Insurance 401k Relevant certifications in tooling, machining, or similar trades are preferred but not required.
