Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.Whether you're looking for--15 hours per week,--40 hours per week, or somewhere in between we'll work with your schedule--- $13 per hour--and $19.50 per hour--for Sunday and Federal Holiday shifts--- San Diego North County Inland (Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, Ramona, and surrounding area).Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship,--conversation, and transportation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues*Some experience a plus - skills training provided by Home Instead*Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
  • A strong passion to work with seniors with patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with seniors in a friendly and congenial manner
  • A complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
