Stratasys is currently seeking a Casting Finisher to join our
Poway, CA facility. In this role, you will produce end quality
prototype models ensuring they meet company standards using a
variety of hand tools. You will review customer files to view part
details and follow instructions on work orders. A couple of other
duties will include:
- Understanding of all part finishing techniques and the ability
to complete tasks with moderate supervision in a timely
- Ability to measure parts using applicable tools and software
and reporting results.

As a part of Stratasys, this position requires access to
information and/or technology controlled under the International
Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration
Regulations (EAR). The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen,
lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder),
protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or
eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S.
Department of State.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic English speaking and reading ability
- 1+ month working with hands (fine motor skills)
- 6+ months experience with computers including Microsoft Office
programs and email
- 1+ years of experience working with shop equipment including
drill press, hand drills, sanders, etc.
- Good mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship
- Experience with precision measurement equipment
