Job Description:

Essential Functions: To set up, adjust, maintain and repair equipment and machines vital to the manufacturing operations of the company as directed by the maintenance manager. Completing these tasks will require getting under machines, bending low, and climbing up to machines and control panels. Worked Performed: Tear down and build up, trouble shoot, remove, replace, over haul, adjust and setup of building equipment and production machinery Tools, Equipment and Materials Used: Basic hand tools, shop tools, measuring tools, meters and gauges. Equipment: Machine shop, Air compressors, Mikon Chiller and Heaters, Prepreg Tapeline Machines, Resin Filmers or coating machines, sander, cello wrapper, ovens - gas and electric, small mixer (4ft tall), large mixer (7ft tall), forklift and man lift, welding and safety equipment. Materials: Grease, oil, cleaners, lubrication products, solvents, paints. Job Requirements: A. Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions. B. Must know all aspects of inspection. C. Must know Lock-out and Tag-out systems. D. Must be able to lift 65 pounds. E. Must know base hand and power tools. F. Must be able to operate a Forklift and Man-lift. G. Know all safety issues of department. H. Must know electronics. I. Overtime is mandatory. Refusal will call for Disciplinary action up to termination.
