Here's the Scoop: Chef Works is looking for a skilled and experienced paid media strategist to join our digital marketing team. You should have 3+ years of experience producing extraordinary results with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Amazon Ads. Why this Job?

      • Manage all ad campaigns for your given channel(s) / marketplace(s)
      • Constantly assess budget and ad performance to ensure that we are best positioned to maximize incremental sales growth
      • Continuous data analysis and ad optimization to maximize ROAS
      • Use ad optimization software to help boost productivity and ad performance
      • Produce monthly reports for the executive teamRequired Qualifications
        • 3+ years experience managing digital advertising campaigns
        • Hands on experience in managing $50k+ monthly client campaign budgets while meeting spend, revenue, and ROAS goals
        • Excel / Google sheets competency including pivot tables and v-lookups
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
        • Critical thinker with a strong attention to detail
        • Relentless learner and problem solver
        • Entrepreneurial "test & learn" mindset with track record of innovation
        • Self-motivated, proactive, and maintains a positive can-do attitude
        • Effective written, interpersonal and organizational skillsDesired Skills / Qualifications but Not Required:
          • Amazon Ads
          • Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
          • Bilingual in Spanish
          • Non-Amazon marketplaces (Walmart, Etsy, Ebay, etc)
          • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
          • A/B Testing
          • Social Media Marketing
          • Content Writing / Content Marketing
          • Graphic Design / Image Modification
          • Ecommerce Design / Development
          • Conversion Rate Optimization
