We have a current opening for Life Enrichment Assistant (Activity Assistant). This position supports the Resident Lifestyle Director to provide group and individual activities for the residents. Assist in coordinating special events for our residents. Responsibilities
  • Supporting the coordination of monthly newsletter and activities calendar
  • Assist in scheduling monthly activities and special events.
  • Participate in outings with residents..
  • Lead assigned activities.
  • Assist Resident Lifestyle Director as necessary.Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    • Previous experience working with Assisted Living or Memory Care residents preferred.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently and follow scheduled plans.
    • Maintain composure in stressful situations.
    • Valid Driver License and clear DMV record
    • Must be fully vaccinated with booster, or booster within two weeks of hire
    • Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (IL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience a plus!
