NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS 1ST SHIFT 6:00AM - 2:30PM = $19.00-$20.00/HR MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Shift:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (minimal OT or when needed)Job Description:MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE Perform sub assembly and/or final Mechanical assembly 95 % and Electrical 5% tasks. Only electrical job is connecting a harness (very minimal electrical work)
  • Provide input for design improvements and develop assembly techniques.
  • Work from detailed blueprints and verbal and written instructions.
  • Interpret ECNs (Engineering Change Notice), ECOs (Engineering Change Order), and TDs (Temporary Deviations).
  • Perform engineering changes and rework.
  • Update and maintain work center shortages
  • Process ECPs (Engineering Change Proposal), and others.
  • Perform in-process and final inspection.
  • Fill-up Assembly travelers for completion and enter data electronically on a database.
  • Perform tasks in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
  • Train and assist Mechanical Assembler Cs.
  • Status supervisor and/or lead as appropriate.
