Key Responsibilities
Reviews and resolves complex claims issues while interacting with
various stakeholders
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Claims Customer Service
Representatives
Documents communications and tracks resolution trends to improve
processes
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D
One year of experience in a call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Two years of claims resolution or billing experience
