Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to manage
schedules and assist with loan processing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for loan officers and manage incoming
calls
Assist Loan Processor with clerical tasks and maintain branch
checklists and files
Attend branch events and support in building clientele
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA and mortgage
regulations preferred
Excellent math and analytical skills
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows
