Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Services Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
Complete appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations
by matching patient preferences with physician-specific
guidelines
Collect and maintain accurate patient registration and insurance
information for timely payment processing
Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician
requests and assist with training new hires
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
Minimum of 1 year of related work experience is required
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Proficiency in computer usage, including navigating multiple
programs and monitors
Ability to achieve and maintain quality and service goals in a
contact center environment
