A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Client
Accounting Services (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
Set, communicate, and implement team goals while aligning with EOS
principles
Build a positive, high-performing culture within the delivery
team
Nurture client relationships and ensure service excellence through
proactive engagement
Required Qualifications
CPA certification with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public
accounting
Experience in client-facing roles and a passion for client
success
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero,
QBO)
Experience with project management or task management tools
Strong commitment to professional development and team
mentoring
