A company is looking for an Account Associate - Commercial
Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in directing day-to-day activities of team support and
account assistants
Handle policy processing tasks including endorsements,
cancellations, and invoicing
Maintain accurate data in agency systems and ensure timely task
completion
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of industry experience or 5+ years in customer service
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Active licensing (4-40 or 2-20 required)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
