Job Description:
A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients and
manage contract performance
Identify and drive business development opportunities while
collaborating with the sales team
Report on project performance to clients' Senior Management and
ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or
administrative role (Required)
Proficiency in using various computer software (Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc.)
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
