A company is looking for a Renewals Associate to manage client
contract renewals and enhance customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of client renewals, ensuring timely completion
and contract execution
Facilitate client meetings and maintain communication records in
Salesforce
Update tracking tools and finalize renewals in Netsuite and
Salesforce
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
Intermediate Excel skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proactive attitude
