Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage member relationships by educating them about benefits and
optimizing their journeys
Onboard new members by capturing demographics and confirming
eligibility
Provide ongoing concierge service and address member inquiries
through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably
in healthcare or insurance
Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a
plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise good
judgment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evening hours
