Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operational Resilience Risk Associate to support the development of the organization's resilience framework.
Key Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the organization's Operational Resilience framework aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Facilitate impact tolerance assessments, scenario testing, and critical service and asset mapping across key business units
Prepare resilience reporting and insights for senior leadership and regulators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk including project management, or
High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Enterprise Risk or Operational Risk including project management
Experience in developing and managing operational resilience programs at large financial institutions
Familiarity with operational resilience regulatory standards and guidelines
Strong understanding of operational resilience, operational risk management, and banking industry services
