As an Registered Behavior Technician you will promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play-oriented setting to increase motivation and positive performance.Responsibilities and Duties of Registered Behavior Technician:Works with client's the in home environment.Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performanceRecord objective daily data to reflect client progress toward goalsQualifications and Skills:Passion for working with childrenConsistent availability from Monday through Friday preferred.Afternoon/ evening availabilityHigh School Diploma (Required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportationNegative TB testBackground CheckProof of vaccination ALL ABOUT THE BENNIES:Competitive hourly compensation for a Registered Behavior Technician; $18.00 - $23.00Retention Bonus: $250 (after 3 months) and $250 (after 6 months) for non-RBT candidates.Paid training that meets eligibility to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification BoardPaid drive time and mileageDental, Vision, 401k, and Health Insurance.Accrued Vacation time ( Starts after six (6) months of serviceDon't forget to ask about our Mebe Candidate program for BCBA candidates!Want to get a glimpse of working at MeBe?
