Job Description Warehouse Associates Our client, a fitness equipment provider located in Poway (greater San Diego area), is seeking multiple Warehouse Associates to join their team due to growth. If you have at least 6 months recent warehouse experience, like to learn and grow, and is a team player - then see below for further information The pay is $17.00 per hour and is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person We have two shifts open: 1. Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm 2. Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Apply with your updated resume or work history today for immediate consideration Job overview: You will be pulling products from containers and/or loading containers and trucks. Some picking and packing, use of pallet jacks, RF scanners and forklifts. If you have shipping and forklift experience, that is a huge plus Requirements: Must have a minimum of 6 months of recent warehouse experience Have experience with pallet jacks and RF scanner Forklift experience preferred Have excellent work ethics, including punctuality Detail-oriented Be a team player Shipping experience a plus Like a fast-paced environment Able and willing to read and follow directions, including learning the client---s company processes and procedures Computer skills, understanding of MS office (MS Word and Excel) is a plus High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Must be able to lift/move around 50 pounds and be on your feet during your shift Willing to occasionally work overtime (approx. 2 hr earlier start or 2 hr staying later) and/or some Saturdays Must have reliable transportation to Poway.
