Job Description:

A world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems, has an exciting opportunity for a SAP Functional Business Analyst to join their Engineering department, located near San Diego, CA.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's is preferred - working as an SAP Analyst/Architect/Consultant
• 5 - 7 years' experience with a consulting background
• Technical background to communicate with developers
• SAP and Waterfall experience preferred
• SAP HTM experience - primarily tax, labor and payroll, also knowledge of HR
• SAP HCM experience
• Design solutions, write test plans and configuration
• Have actual implementation or enhancement experience
• Full Life Cycle Implementations on SAP
• Integration work experience
• Expertise in Time and PayrollNice to haves:
  • Some success factors experience
  • PM experience
  • Certified SAP HR consultant Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Working with the finance department, labor/accounting/payroll/hr
    • Testing new developments - Reports and interfaces
    • Maintaining and updating configuration of OM, PA, time management, SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting
    • IT and SAP troubleshooting
    • Suggest process Improvements in the areas of Time Management and Payroll.
    • Help with Business and Technical Support.
    • Responsible for Functional Testing of Configuration and Development changes
    • Ongoing Project support and Design suggestions.
    • Work on Time and Payroll Schemas and configuration.
    • Work on US Tax Models
    • Configured work schedules, attendance/absence types, wage type generation (straight time, overtime, shift differentials and premiums) in the schema
    • CATS data entry profiles
