Job Description:
IMMEDIATELY HIRING - Full Time Maintenance Assistant - Prior
experience in senior living or multi-family housing a plus
Starting at $19/hr based on experience - Schedule Tues to Saturday
7am to 4pm - Excellent benefits and growth potential
The Building Engineer Assistant will be primarily responsible for
general maintenance work order requests and the make-ready process
of apartments including patching drywall & painting. This position
is hands-on and highly engaged with the residents who live at
Belmont Village Sabre Springs.
COVID19 vaccine plus 1st booster when eligible is required in
addition to flu vaccine. Offers are contingent upon successful
completion of a background check with fingerprint, drug screen, TB
test and job related physical. Cost for all pre-employment
clearances are covered by Belmont Village Senior Living

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing assistance and support to the Building Engineer in all
areas of maintenance for the building and grounds.
- Performing routine building maintenance as directed (painting,
floor care, pressure washing, basic plumbing repairs, etc.)
- Completing maintenance tasks and work orders in resident
apartments
- Assisting with in-house resident moves
