Job Description:

If you have at least 2 years experience as a Construction Project Manager and have an understanding of current construction methods, materials, and regulations, then AppleOne wants to hear from you! This position is responsible for managing multiple projects at various stages, participate in the bid process, analyze blueprints/specifications, review proposals/project requirements, coordinate materials procurement, ensure compliance with company policies, provide status updates, and maintain documentation records.

G suite, Bluebeam, Revit, Contractor Foreman. Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating and engineering principles and techniques, as well as accounting principles.
