Our Data Team is AWESOME -- and there is more room at the table! We are looking for a motivated individual who loves working in groups and sharing their findings. This individual will spend part of their time working in cross department teams to develop strategy through KPIs and predictive models, and the rest working with the data team to improve data quality and companywide initiatives. Our Hybrid Work Program: To create vibrancy and foster collaboration, while providing for hours spent working from home, we have implemented a hybrid work schedule. We work from the office in Poway on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and every other Wednesday. Fridays and the other Wednesday are spent working from home. Team members can always work more hours in the office, if they choose. Position Requirements Include:

• A bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, business or related field or equivalent work experience. An MBA or Master's Degree in Data Analytics preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis or related field
• Experience providing insightful, actionable analysis via dashboards and presentations, managing data initiatives and infrastructure, and working effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units (including C-Suite). Strong customer focus, Tableau ( or Power BI) and Excel skills.
