Domestic Operator

Pay: $18 - 24 /hr

Specializing in the time-sensitive, flexible transportation of shipments of any size or weight by air, land and sea- ensuring the highest standards of excellence are met at every juncture of the transportation pipeline.

The Domestic Operator position has been created to proactively support, implement, and manage all aspects of our clients Domestic Supply Chain requirements. This position is entrusted with ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction through proper routing, costing, oversight and solution-driven results.

Requirements:

• Devise and implement tailored solutions to increase efficiency, add value, and maximize profitability throughout customers supply chains.
  
• Exceed client expectations through proactively managing service requirements and by being one step ahead in the communication/solution driven process as it relates to shipment status and when dealing with service issues.
  
• Build relationships with clients through consistent and organized contact along with providing relevant and pertinent industry updates as needed.
  
• Build relationships with vendors through consistent and organized contact.
  
• Fully develop client s Domestic opportunities to capture all relevant transportation revenue by providing several shipping options.
  
• Continuous learning/knowledge on all modes of Domestic transportation services offered and appropriate solution driven routings that meet clients on-time requirements.
  
• Complete analysis and related ad hoc projects as required/requested.
  
• Generate innovative ideas to Management that remove operational obstacles and offer idea s/solutions outside the box to increase efficiencies and improve client satisfaction/retention.
