Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Analyst for Bone Marrow
Transplant.
Key Responsibilities
Collects and analyzes quality outcomes data and clinical indicators
for the Bone Marrow Transplant program
Develops quality and safety indicators, monitors data collection,
and prepares reports on quality improvement projects
Participates in the development of patient care protocols and
provides education to staff regarding new procedures and
policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Three years of quality experience
Advanced understanding of Bone Marrow Transplant procedures and
patient care standards
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in statistical and
graphical software
Ability to work independently and maintain strict
confidentiality
