Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture or
technical leadership roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce solutions, focusing on
AI-powered automation
Deep understanding of intelligent digital labor strategies and AI
agent frameworks
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts
Experience leading workshops and customer-facing deliverable
reviews
