Overview Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team in a

customer focus, and operational discipline Required Qualifications
Hyundai dealership experience is required Minimum 5 years of
Hyundai Sales Management experience strongly preferred Proven
ability to lead a successful sales team with measurable performance
results Deep understanding of Hyundai programs, incentives,
systems, and retail metrics Strong communication, coaching, and
leadership skills Must demonstrate professionalism, ethical
decision-making, and customer-centric values If you do not have
