earning potential when hitting goals: $135,000 This position
provides the tools, training, and leadership to help you sharpen
your skills, manage an active pipeline, and increase your long-term

connect. Compensation: $135,000 at plan Responsibilities: Produces
sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales
goals are met Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue
targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually
in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our
customers Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential
buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving
them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to
provide an organized and efficient sales process Use our CRM to
regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have
up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing
process Team and individual sales Lead generation Set appointments

scripts mastery Qualifications: Strong problem solving skills with
solution oriented focus Driven to succeed in sales and in life
Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close
appointments over the phone Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken
