Compensation: $100,000 Commission Responsibilities: Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications: Self-motivation and drive Tech savvy Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Organized and manages time effectively Past sales experience is preferred Must have a valid Real Estate License Technology driven Great communication and social skills Organized and manages time effectively Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth A successful and proven sales history is preferred About Company Delivering Dream Homes Since 1978!
