Job Description:
Roypow is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to join our
innovative team, specializing in lithium iron phosphate batteries
(LiFePO4). As a global leader providing cutting-edge solutions for
automotive vehicles, industrial power, and energy storage systems,
Roypow values forward-thinking leaders ready to drive our business
strategy and growth in the automotive sector. This role is crucial
for sustaining Roypow's market leadership by leveraging industry
expertise, managing key relationships, and spearheading sales
strategies that align with our technological advancements and
market trends. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
achieve corporate objectives for products and services in the
automotive and energy sectors. Lead nationwide sales team members
to achieve sales targets. Establish productive and professional
relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Monitor and
analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts. Perform research
and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure
brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and
ensure sales team members are on board. Proven ability to drive the
sales process from plan to close. Excellent mentoring, coaching and
people management skills. Strong business sense and industry
expertise. Highly effective communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills. Adept at handling and analyzing large data
sets to inform strategy and decision making. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k MBA or equivalent
post-graduate qualification preferred. Certifications in Sales
Management like Certified Sales Executive (CSE) are beneficial.
