economy. About the team Growth is the team at Paxos that builds and
manages partnerships with our largest and most strategic enterprise
clients. We partner cross?functionally with Product, Engineering,
Solutions, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to bring new crypto
products to market and scale them with banks, brokerages, payments
providers, and fintechs. About the Role As a Senior Business
Development Manager of Global Sales, you will: Originate,
negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that grow our
stablecoin, tokenized assets, and crypto brokerage lines. Drive 0
to 1 commercialization with cross?functional teams. Build a
go-to-market plan for banks, brokerage and financial institutions
alongside cross functional partners to set the direction, goals,
timelines and milestones for the product build Immerse yourself in
blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and
investors, our regulation-first approach, and more! About you 6
years in business development, strategic partnerships, or
enterprise sales in fintech/financial services/digital assets.
Demonstrated track record of originating and closing complex,
multi?party, multi?year deals with Financial InstitutionIs and
enterprise platforms. Proven experience taking new crypto products
from 0 to 1 with deep cross?functional collaboration (Product,
Engineering, Solutions, Legal, Finance, Compliance). Fluency in
stablecoins, tokenization, and money?movement economics;
comfortable operating in regulated environments and navigating
partner risk, InfoSec, and compliance reviews. Excellent executive
presence and communication; able to simplify complex concepts,
build trust, and drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
High?ownership, resourceful, and effective in ambiguous,
fast?moving contexts. Pay and benefits Paxos offers a competitive
total compensation and benefits package, including equity and
bonuses based on both your individual performance and company
performance. Eligibility for bonuses is dependent on job level, and
actual salary within the range depends on your skills, experience,
and qualifications. Expected range for the base salary component
for candidates located within the United States is:
$120,743—$142,050 USD
