Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a renowned leader in
protective services, is looking for a motivated and results-driven
Account Executive in Core Commercial Sales to join our dynamic
sales team. This role focuses on expanding our market share by
developing new business and maintaining productive relationships
with existing clients within the commercial sector. You will
leverage our comprehensive portfolio of security solutions,
including on-site guarding, electronic security, and fire safety
services, to meet diverse client needs and enhance their security
protocols. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within
the commercial sector. Maintain and strengthen relationships with
existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat
business. Develop tailored solutions that meet client security
needs using our extensive service portfolio. Achieve sales targets
and contribute to team quotas. Prepare detailed proposals and
presentations for clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements
to maximize profits. Keep abreast of latest industry trends and
market conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Expertise in B2B sales,
particularly within the security services sector Ability to develop
strategic solutions for complex client requirements Proficient in
CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Solid understanding of
commercial markets and security industry regulations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Preferred: Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from ASIS
International Other relevant sales or industry-specific
certifications
