Job Description:

solutions, is seeking a Surgery Center Specialist to join our
dynamic sales team. This role is instrumental in driving the
adoption and sales of B. Braun's medical products within surgery
centers, emphasizing our commitment to reducing preventable
treatment errors and enhancing overall safety. The ideal candidate
will be passionate about healthcare, have a strong sales
background, and possess in-depth knowledge of medical products and
their application in surgical environments. Develop and execute
strategies to increase product sales within assigned surgery
centers Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper
use of B. Braun products to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain strong relationships with current clients while
identifying new business opportunities Monitor market trends and
competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate
with other departments to address client needs and deliver
effective solutions Ensure compliance with all company policies and
healthcare regulations Manage contract negotiations and close deals
with key decision-makers Provide timely and accurate sales
forecasts and reports to senior management Strong understanding of
surgery center operations and healthcare sales Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to negotiate
and close deals Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to understand and present complex product information
Excellent organizational and time management skills Medical

Certification in Medical Sales preferred (e.g., Certified Medical
