Job Description Job Description Description: Perform nursing services, treatments, and diagnostic procedures as assigned, under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse. Observe, record, and report patient symptoms, reactions and changes. Perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, or preventative nursing care. One to one care for a pediatric patient and a dependent adult patient Participate in quarterly in-service learning sessions and team forums Shift 8 hour Sat & Sun shifts Th & F 5pm to 10pm shifts PT up to 26 hours per week Requirements: Must have a current CA - LVN license Must have current CPR certification Access to reliable transportation New Grads are welcome, we can train One year of experience preferred Pediatric/ Dependent Adult experience and/or home health experience preferred Base access preferred Pay depends on overall experience level Benefits 401K matching (20 hours a week) Sick time Flexible schedules Cell phone allowance Quarterly in-service trainings
